Terms of Service

1. The Service

Pixelefy is a human-controlled software studio. We accept problem submissions from clients, review them, and send a proposal with a fixed price and timeline. You decide whether to accept.

We reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason.

2. Proposals and Acceptance

A proposal includes: scope summary, technical approach, estimated timeline, and fixed price. Acceptance occurs when you explicitly accept the proposal through the platform. At that point, a binding agreement is formed.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each proposal:

- Quick fixes and small tasks (under $150): full payment upfront.
- Projects and builds ($150+): 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
- Large platforms: milestone-based or as agreed.

Payment is due within the timeframe specified in the proposal.

4. Deliverables

We deliver working software with documentation and deployment instructions. Upon full payment, you own the delivered code. We may reference the project in anonymized form in our solutions library unless you request otherwise.

5. Revisions

Each project includes reasonable revision rounds. Minor adjustments within scope are included. Significant scope changes are quoted separately with your approval.

6. Refunds

If we cannot deliver what was agreed upon, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all IP rights in the delivered code transfer to you. We retain the right to use general techniques and knowledge from the project.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
